I did find a time release ALA tablet ... , but alas, although the stomach upset ... doesn't say on the label if it is R-ALA ... I have always taken R in the past and ... It contained methylfolate, B6 and R-ALA

Acid contains both the synthetic (S- ALA ... ) and the active (R-ALA). ... If the label doesn't specify R-ALA ... then it more than likely is part S-ALA ... but I would make sure it's 100% R-ALA
