I can relate to your situation. I injured my lower back skiing a number of years...
I injured my lower back skiing a number ... But, I still had an occasional bad pain ... What did I know (back then in 2017)? ... went fine, but provided no relief from ... the pain.

I have 2 full tears in my right rotator cuff with tear in my right bicep....
’t lift my arms very high from pain. ... fibromyalgia, trigenimal neuralgia, chronic back ... chronic fatigue, adrenal fatigue, lower ... This all happened from 2002 when I contracted ... Also a few old sport injuries.

My problems don't sound identical to yours (I had no problems with digestion, for one), but...
was because, of the considerable pain ... 1/2" in height (I was told my back ... suffered even the most trivial jolt/injury ... I now have numbness across my mid-lower ... because they can no longer tolerate the pain
