patch is/isn't related to your PMR ... of prednisone is extremely high for PMR ... your doctor more than doubled the normal ... beginning prednisone dose for a new PMR

I was diagnosed with PMR 4 years ago ... really high, just slightly higher over normal ... range so Dr didn't think it was a PMR ... alleviated within 2 days. so back to a PMR ... During this time, PMR symptoms got worse
