Register today for After the Diagnosis, a free in-person seminar providing a road map of information and resources to guide those impacted by dementia and their care partners. After the Diagnosis will take place on Friday, August 14th from 11:30am-4:30pm at the Mayo Clinic Medical Complex Northwest, Building B. A light lunch will be provided and refreshments will be served mid-event. Convenient and handicap accessible parking available at the location.

TOPICS DISCUSSED INCLUDE

  • Understanding your diagnosis
  • Managing the disease
  • Knowing your strengths
  • Everyday ways to live well with dementia
  • Opportunities to ask questions of the experts, connect with others, and visit with community organizations.

@fletchette The event is a repeat of an event we had in February. This has been corrected to reflect the upcoming event.

@becsbuddy This event is repeated at least two times per year at our location in Rochester. Unfortunately, it is not recorded.
