LBD Video Series: The Art of Communication

Over the past month and a half, The Hub shared a series of videos focused on Lewy body dementia (LBD). Mayo Clinic experts and collaborating partners walked through different topics related to LBD. Videos included management of symptoms and improving the quality of life of the person with dementia and their caregivers.

The final video of the LBD video series features Marigrace Becker, MSW of the University of Washington Memory and Brain Wellness Center. Marigrace participated in the Lewy Body Dementia Knowledge and Support Summit on May 3. She discusses tips to communicate effectively and support the dignity of the person with LBD and their caregivers.
