At the Hub, we like to share relevant information and quality resources to assist those living with dementia and care partners. This month, we would like to highlight a new publication from the Dementia Action Alliance called Pathways to Wellbeing.
Pathways to Wellbeing offers essential information about living well with dementia by people living with dementia, care partners and leading dementia experts. The practical manual is grounded in science and presented in a user-friendly format.
Angela Lunde and Jodi Melius from the Mayo Clinic Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center contributed to Pathways to Wellbeing.
The Dementia Action Alliance (DAA) is a nonprofit that works to create a better society for those living with dementia. You can order a hard copy or access a free downloadable copy by visiting the DAA website.
