I’m sorry that so many people are struggling to get help with their symptoms … sadly it can take a while to find what really works for you. I use a antidepressant that is from the older ones and it does reduce the intensity of my anxiety and depression, it’s called Amitriptyline and I think the brand name is Elavil. I tried many of the newer ones but they made me sick, sometimes they worked for a few months and then it changed to lots of nasty symptoms. I have also found some help with medicinal marijuana gummies to help me cope … it’s different for everyone and so I find it difficult to suggest things because it might have a negative effect but I think it’s fairly normal to go through different things until you find the right one.
