Has anyone used a Yuwell CPAP ?

Has anyone used an Auto CPAP Yuwell? If so, what is your experience? My husband wants to have a backup CPAP and these are quite affordable, but we're not sure how they work or if there is any open source software to read the results.

Haven't heard of the Yuwell CPAP but dropped both of my Philips CPAPs - Dreamstation and Dreamstation Go after the recall. I liked the size and portability of the Dreamstation Go and went with the ResMed AirMini and have absolutely loved it. It was a little cheaper than the Dreamstation Go - https://shop.resmed.com/en-us/sleep-store/airmini-autoset
