Wondering if Enhertu has difficult to handle side effects

Hi and thanks for the support and love we all receive from this support clinic. I’m 83, diagnosed with TNBC in Jan 2024. Had 2 lumpectomies, no lymph involvement. Had a few new bumps appear this summer and a biopsy showed a recurrence. Not sure what my choices are but meeting with my oncologist soon. Enhertu came up as a possible treatment. I was wondering how well it’s tolerated as chemo and immunotherapy sure took a toll on me. Thank you and hugs to us all.
