Will columnar cell change hyperplasia require follow up?

I see breast surgeon soon for follow up of excisional duct and intraductal papillloma removal, but am wondering if I can now just return to regular screenings without mri. I have read conflicting info, saying nothing more, others say with dense breast and family history of bc in mom and maternal grandmother that I may have to be followed more.
