Will Bi-Pap help with Central Sleep Apnea

Just diagnosed with CSA. My oxygen levels overnight were below 88% for nearly an hour, lowest oxygen was 74%. Have been on CPap for over 6 years. Starting on Bi-Pap this week. The low oxygen rate caused my heart rate to drop significantly and my respirations too. I have had neurological symptoms too. The report was scary to read. What might I expect with Bipap?
