widespread muscle paralysis
Does anyone get widespread muscle paralysis sometimes in both thighs. Mine happened this morning and I had experienced ALS as a child with paralysis happening then for 6 months on and off. Now as an adult, I'm experiencing it again its very minor but does hurt when it happens. Any tips?

gaeaborn and all... This would concern me as well. Especially, since you have a history of ALS, I would consider contacting my primary physician on Monday and tell his nurse what's happening. She will probably make an appointment for you for a visit as soon as he's available.
Then, go from there . Your first stop is your doctor who knows you. He'll recommend your nest steps if there are any.

1 ReactionAre you certain you had been diagnosed with ALS as a child? Your presentation of it doesn’t concur with medical literature I’ve read concerning ALS! When you describe “muscle paralysis” of your thighs what happens when it happens? Are your symptoms similar to peripheral neuropathy?

Do your current doctors feel your on again off again symptoms are still related to ALS?
