My Tri Mix only works good when standing up and quits when I lay down.

I've been using Trimix for 6 months now. With this drug, I have no problem getting a solid erection. My problem is I can't quite get to an orgasm. I'm stuck at about 75% each time. I'm 71 and did SBRT with 4 months of ADT last year. T-levels have been back to normal for 5 months. Trust me when I say my girlfriend isn't the problem. I have definitely have the desire and it feels great, but just can't close the deal. I'm concerned that maybe I have some nerve damage from the radiation. Just don't know. Any help out there?

Mav, I had similar issues with not getting to orgasm and brought it up on this site. I was told to back off on the dosage as I was too engorged to climax. I did that to some success. I also don’t clamp down on the urethral sphincter (had to look it up,) like I normally did during sex. This has worked for me and am enjoying what Trimix can do for us.

I've had the same problem with almost getting to a orgasm but then it doesn't happen. My wife wanted me to have the experience as much as I did. She kept encouraging me to not worry about having a orgasm and just relax and enjoy what we were doing. After a long while of trying her suggestion, I began to have orgasms. Now its rare that I don't have one but I don't worry about it now and think, there's always tomorrow. Foreplay is a very important part of this and I'm so very happy that my wife is very open minded and I'm almost ready when we have intercourse.

Not sure what you mean. Can you link me to where you looked it up? I think I may have the same problem. Started out with a dose way to high. Erection lasted a very long time. Perhaps I need to decrease my dose even more? Also do you mean that you were "flexing" you penis too much during sex? Is this like Kegling (flexing the pelvic floor muscle?

GW, I didn’t look anything up just asked questions on this forum and was told I was probably too engorged. As for my clamping down…before Trimix if I had an erection I felt like I had to squeeze my penile sphincters to hold on to the erection, otherwise I would lose it. I found that isn’t needed with Trimix and now I can enjoy sex and get to orgasm much easier.

I found that after a while tri-mix tends to have a numbing effect. Backing off the dose might help. I also found that a good intimate oil helps. FYI, watch out for plaque build up at injection sights when using trim-mix long-term.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed this! My experience is not so dramatic, but noticable.

I’ve always had that problem after about 12yrs of using the shot. I’ve found that Quad mix works well for me and seems to work well with using a ring. It really helps with a partner who knows how to have fun while having sex. I only have to use 30 of Quad mix
