@maverick75 I have reduced sensitivity in my penis which makes it hard for me to orgasm, too. A couple of things help: First, Cabergoline greatly increases dopamine making orgasms feel much better (before Cabergoline, ejaculating did not really feel like an orgasm for me, just an emission). This may not necessarily help you achieve orgasm so much as improve them, but it is easy to try and has other benefits too (it reduces the time you need to rest between orgasms). Second, I find that by tensing my muscles and holding my breath, I can sometimes push myself over the edge. Finally, I accept that I won't always orgasm. I take pleasure in my girlfriend's pleasure and enjoy the sex and cuddling even when I don't orgasm. Or put another way, I don't expect to orgasm with her so am not disappointed when I don't.

From what I understand there’s something wrong with the way the blood is held in our penis so when we lay down it flows backwards. When we are standing gravity helps hold it in. I use a ring to help hold it. Good luck my friend

Andrew, I'm glad the Cabergoline is working for your delayed ejaculation. It no longer is an issue for me since my ED is total and not even Trimix works due to venous leak. But I consulted several doctors for delayed ejaculation which first started after starting anti-depressants. The biothesiometry reports also showed reduced sensitivity in my penis. I don't remember if I tried cabergoline, but off-label medications I tried included oxytocin and pramipexole and none of them ever helped.
