I am wondering why the QRS Duration levels detected on my last three ECGs fluctuate?

I'm no expert, but there is such a metric as 'heart rate variability'. HRV. Some variability is associated with good heart health. Often, hearts with very little variability in their rate are in a spot of bother.

Unless you have some formal indication of an arrythmia or tachycardia, or even of bradycardia, you appear to be doing just fine. 😀
