I have mandibular Tori that is constricting my frenulum . An urgent care dr suggested an oral surgeon asap but I have Medicare and dental is not covered . Can an ENT DO THIS?

No .. you need an oral surgeon, and if you locate a hospital, they are on staff .. you Medicare may allow that for payment..
