White mucous produced 24/7 above soft and hard palate

After radiation about 5 years ago I still have mucous problem above my soft and hard palate. I did have 33 lymph nodes removed on left side of neck back in 2021. Wondering if mucous is actually lymph fluid escaping. Have to sit up every 2 hours while in bed to hock the mucous down from my palate so I can spit it out in a tissue or it will travel down and choke me. I have been on a PEG tube ever since my throat surgery..Hard to swallow because of soft palate issues. Getting a soft palate lift device made so I can try to swallow and not aspirate. But that's like a shoehorn in my mouth. Tongue cannot help swallow because of that obstruction.
