What’s wrong with me?
Ever since I had Covid a few years ago I’ve been having what I call episodes. They are like a panic attack but different. I have hand tremors, I shiver, get irritable, lightheaded and my insides are screaming.

So sorry to hear. Do you have Long Covid ? Or possibly ME/CFS? How is your fatigue level? To what degree do your ongoing symptoms reduce your normal activities? 50%?
Here’s more info from Mayo about this:

I would have your hormones checked. People are having hormone dysregulation, also known as adrenal fatigue. Another important thing to rule out is hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Your pancreas may be releasing more insulin due to metabolic dysfunction and insulin resistance, resulting in rebound hypoglycemia. One thing that is helpful for you and your PCP is keeping a symptom and food journal. Lastly, it might be a good idea to take your vitals, for example, blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen, randomly and when you are symptomatic. I hope that gives you and your PCP some direction. Good luck.

It sounds like Long Covid to me. I’m going on 3 years with mine, no taste/smell, fatigue if push to hard, body tremors. It’s a common symptom. I hope you recover quicker than I have. You could also have a thyroid condition which is making you cold. Have your thyroid levels checked.
