What to do? Anyone with MGUS having Gum and bone loss and foot pain

What to do? Anyone with gum and bone loss and foot actually toe pain?
My dentist referred me to periodontist and asked if I have had bone scan.
My dexa in 2024 was good.
My IgG Kappa is better since doing plant based 2.0 was almost 3.0 last year.
Anyone have this?
I am using waterpik in addition to flossing and brushing however if I stand too long my little toes really hurt.
It’s weird.

My doctor hasn’t given me advice yet.

@8positive, have you met with your doctor in the meantime? Do you have neuropathy? Osteoporosis? What treatment or symptom management is recommended?
