what questions to ask the ID

I am seeing my ID doctor after stopping the MAC antibiotics a month ago. I did not see her because she rescheduled twice. I would like your suggestions what questions to ask her in order to get the most from the 15-20 min visit. Thank you.

I can tell you what I asked my ID doc after I ended treatment:

1) What can I do to prevent the infection from coming back?
2) How often should I give a sputum sample?
3) If I do get the infection again, how will I know when I need to be treated again?

Other questions could be based on your individual experiences with NTM.
