I use my Apple Watch as my alarm clock. It vibrates when the alarm goes off. I’m not the deepest sleeper in the morning so not sure how it works for those who have a harder time getting out of bed.

1 ReactionYou may want to look at the different products available through http://www.diglo.com A lot depends on your sleep habits. For many of us, the loudest sound possible would not wake us if we were not wearing our personal technology (hearing aids, cochlear implant processor, etc.)
Strobe lights may not wake heavy sleepers. From my personal experience and discussions with people who have profound hearing loss, vibrating devices are most effective. However, they can be startling when they go off.
All Mayo Connect: Thank you one & all for your input on a replacement vibrating alarm clock. A replacement has been ordered! I really appreciate all your help! dbamos1945
