It was just CBC. Bone marrow biopsy done today. Should know something by Monday. Waiting is serve racking.

I had it 2 weeks ago. Gripping results on April 29.

I’ve been working to try and pinpoint my bloodwork for a couple of years now. Consistently high IgA (508) , low IgM (34) slightly elevated Free Kappa Light (21). Platelets are traditionally high and mean low. In addition I do have a rare gene mutation (SDHB) I have a full body MRI next month for my mutation check as well as a deeper dive into what else may be happening. Looks like my kidney functions were fine and were tested the same day as my blood work.

Hello, @frantazztic Unfortunately we humans don’t come with an owners manual for troubleshooting…and we’re pretty complex! So it can take a little sleuthing to ferret out some of our more complicated blood issues.
It sounds like your doctors are working with you to help solve the mystery of your elevated IgA, low IgM and elevated Free Kappa Light readings.
Are you having any symptoms that have prompted the testing?
