What can I do to relieve symptoms before acoustic neuroma diagnosis?

I have been having earaches in one ear for several years, always in the same ear. Ear pain, pressure, and now aome balance isdues.
My PCP has decided that I need to see an ENT for imaging and proper diagnosis. I can’t see anyone until the end of January.
Is there anything I can do to help lessen the uncomfortableness until I can be seen? It is really affecting my day to day life

If they are thinking it could possibly be Acoustic Neuroma, then your PCP can do a CT and then MRI. It will show if you've got a tumor. If the hearing loss is in only one ear then you should see an audiologist sooner rather than later. IMO I am not a healthcare professional

I have an appointment, but not until the end of January. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to relieve the symptoms, especially the pain and fulness feeling, until then
