What brought you joy today?
If you've been living with cancer for a while, you know it's not all gloom and doom. Where did you find joy today? I'll start:
1. Working in my garden.
2. Meeting my daughter for tea.
3. Home-made pizza for dinner.
4. My spouse (always).
5. Some interesting online discussions.
6. Rereading a good novel.

Which Mayo Clinic location will you be going to? When will you be going?

*Not* doom-scrolling through the news every hour. 🙂
I do care about the world's problems, but I can't fix them single-handed, so I focus on helping people and exercising kindness and empathy within my actual reach.
We had a little bit of snow over night, changed to rain making the snow somewhat hard to move. My joy was after finishing shoveling out the driveway, I stopped and looked at it and was happy looking at what I just did, life's little challenges. Everyone have a good day.
Listening to favorite old music in my collection while feeling the strength returning in my body as I exercise. Beautiful sunshine day outside the window is just a bonus. Wishing everyone some joyful moments today.
I am enjoying the bright sunshine sparkling on the snow on a 15' day, and all the birds flocking to the feeders. I hope others can enjoy the winter beauty despite the cold.
Voting in the advanced polls for the provincial election.
Voting's always been a family activity for us: this time, my spouse and one of my daughters walked over with me, and we all cast our ballots for a great, caring local candidate.
Every election I live to see is another victory, no matter who wins at the polls. 💪
