Hi @lotsofpain. Great suggestion. Tape can be an inexpensive and effective way to get rid of warts. But to be on the safe side, it might not be a bad idea to have the growth on your temple checked out by a dermatologist to make sure it is a wart and not a form of skin cancer. Do you have annual skin cancer screenings?

hi lotsofpain, you really do have to have a dermatologist look at that "wart." They can remove it and send it to a lab to make sure like lori says that it isn't cancer. And I hope it's a waste of time and money.

Have you had it tested? I had a spot. Turned out to be basal cell. I had Moh’s surgery and it’s all gone, but it’s always best to made sure, imo. Plus, there are nerves there. I’d let the dermatologist treat it.
