Waldenstroms lumps in my jugular veins sore

Hello everyone, just wondering if anyone else with waldenstroms has experienced pain in the neck and throat area in the veins or muscle im not 💯 % but I have only recently just noticed lumps or growths in there last night and so sore I have this sort of tick where I have to do these involuntary movements and I have to adjust myself to feel better hopefully you guys may know something 😊

Thankyou how old were you upon diagnosis if you don’t mind me asking?😊 I was 35 yrs old my haemoglobin was 80 and my platelets were 110 and on Sunday just days ago I needed to call ambulance as the pain in my stomach and right side was unbearable upon them arriving and me refusing morphine and Fentanyl I was about to have some panadein forte but my body shut down I couldn’t move my hands fingers nothing I thought I was going to be a vegetable forever honestly I said as I could see I’d dropped the tablets and water to my mum I love you mum and then because I was crying I had the worst pain it just went through me and then I was given Fentanyl not at Allgood I don’t feel good I look pregnant my stomach absolutely hurts 24/7 I can’t get comfortable at all in any position my lower back is so painful and my hips hurt I arrived at the hospital and was given engine 5 hours later discharged and sent home with a referral to a pain management clinic
