You must be very worried about your daughter who starts vomiting and having abdominal pain again after a week of treatment.
Did the medical staff give you a diagnosis when they started treating your daughter?
There can be many reasons why she started feeling sick again. There are also more than one cause for abdominal pain and vomiting.
It’s important now that you bring your daughter back to your doctor/ hospital again right away- or find a hospital that has a big pediatric department.
Children tend to get dehydrated faster than adults and your daughter is still very vulnerable.

I would call her pediatrician and ask for advice on what to do. She may need more IV fluids and viral testing. She may have a virus. They may want to do an abdominal ultrasound.

Was your daughter sick before the vomiting started? Antibiotics can cause side effects and may have caused the vomiting. She could also have an allergic reaction to the antibiotics causing her vomiting. What antibiotic was used for treatment? Did they give it for a known bacterial infection? Did she have food poisoning?
