voice hoarseness

it started 3 days ago when I Started sneezing 3 times in a row as if i smelled something then I wake up one morning i Dont have a voice all I can do is just whisper and my voiceI CAnt speak clearly I mean I cant speak in a natural voicesound like hoarse,I dont have a sore throat I feel ok nooroblem at akl except I Dont have a voice, what do u think is the problem with my voice?pls help🙏🏻

HELLO I AM GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING SINCE SPRING STARTED I SAW AN ENT WHO PUT A CAMERA IN NOSE THROUGH BACK OF THROAT MY THROAT WAS INFLAMED I WENT ON PREDNESONE DIDNT DO MUCH HELP I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO A CAT SCAN BUT AVOIDED IT BECAUSE OF PANDEMIC I AM STILL HAVING TROUBLE IT SEEMS WGEN I GO OUTSIDE IN CERTAIN WEATHER MY VOICE GOES OUT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE I DO HAVE TERRIBLE SINUS ISSUES

@pammcat– the issues you are having are systemic. Do NOT let an ENT convince you to take a CT scan. That is part of their protocol, they offer that to every person.
If you are a sensitive person, skin, allergies, nervous system will all play a role.
Skin and mucous membranes are your first line of defense. If you experience irritation/allergies/inflammation from external environments, your body is doing its job. Sore throat, voice hoarse ness is systemic response to an irritant. As uncomfortable as this may be it is NOT an anatomical issue. It is up to you to figure out your irritants. Also, anxiety sends the body into an inflammatory state as well.

Yes, I spent 2 days outdoors in dust and pollen, handling thousands of plants for a large sale. Tonight I have a sore throat, and almost no voice. I expect a day or two all will improve. A primary provider or allergist might be of more help to you.
