Voice to text on Cell Phone

I have an Android Samsung Galaxy S21 phone and want to know if I can get any of the following on my phone:
1. TTY
2. Incoming/outgoing phone calls coming in/going out as texts
3. Converting voice messages to text

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks so much FL Mary. I should be able to figure out the innocaptions app for my iphone and get my cell number forwarded to their number.
