Vitamin K2 MK7

I've been reading that vitamin k2 mk7 has some cancer fighting properties. Any knowledge if this is factual and opinions on whether it might be smart to add a k2 supplement while on Orgovyx and Zytiga with prednisone? Currently taking Calcium and D3 by doctors advisement.

If you are taking vit. D supplement it is very important to add vit K - they work much better together.
Vit K directs calcium to your bones.
However if you are on Warfarin, you should not take it since there is some interaction present between them.
