Vick’s Vapor Rub for Neuropathy Pain
Has anyone tried rubbing Vick’s Vapor Rub on their legs or arms for neuropathic pain? I wonder if it would feel cool on the skin with the burning pain. It would certainly help soften the feet.

The fragrance is very mild. My husband also wears socks to bed with the arnicare. He has also used vicks in the past. He prefers not to use oral medications at this time.
Any one try vicks vapo rub on your feet to soften the effects of neuropathic pain in the feet and ankles.
Hi, Michael. I've not tried Vicks Vapo Rub, although I'm always on the lookout for ways––not to relieve pain (I'm fortunate in that pain is not one of my symptoms)––but to warm my feet, especially in the morning, and especially in the winter. ––Ray (@ray666)
I don't find menthol helpful. I'm trying frankincense.
Maybe capsaicin 0.05% cream might work to warm your feet. The brand name I use for muscle aches is Neuriterx...good luck !

Does Vick’s Vapor Rub help you?
Certainly worth a try, but I haven't yet. I have not found anything that helps to any degree I've tried Lidocaine (various concentration)Biofreeze, Voltaren. I would take any suggestions that actually work for any of you.
Michael, I’ve had good results with either Vicks or Peppermint Oil combined with prayer. Merry Christmas!
I tried Frankincense. Did not work at all.
I have tried Lidocane and Voltaren as well without any success.
