Vibrations in chest

Due to incompatibility with the Inspire device, I stopped using it a few months ago. Since that time, I've been getting periodic vibrations or flutterings in the area of the device in the chest (2-3 times per hour, lasting 5-15 seconds). Today, the sleep specialist, in the presence of an Inspire management person, told me that the vibrations are just muscle twitches. Since the device in the chest has a battery, can it malfunction and give off vibrations? If it is malfunctioning, can it give off radiation?
