Viagra or Cealis
As someone who is 71 with ED, I have tried both Viagra and Cealis and although neither have brought back my full erections, the Cealis seems more effective. I am curious if anyone else has tried both and what their opinions are.
The side effects were worse with Viagra with less success helping with erections. While taking the Cealis, I have had a much firmer penis that seems much fuller even when not aroused although I still do not get a full erection anymore. Has anyone tried anything else?

I tried them both. I went 5 years without an erection or any medication. Then tried both Viagra and Cialis. I seemed to have headaches from the Viagra. The Cialis worked better with less side effects but a weak erection. I tried the pump but it was not effective. The end of my penis would fill and the shaft would stay flexible. I have stayed on 5mg Cialis to try and keep a night time erection. My urologist said it was important to have these during the night. I occasionally have a semi one that I remember but not a full. Both Cialis and Viagra will only work with arousal. I then tried the injections and 5u of trimix works. I have about a 2.5hr penetrable erection. Its not ideal but it works. The shaft is hard enough to penetrate but the end doesnt fill like a normal erection. As others have said, I also have less length than before surgery. I thought it might stretch back out but it hasnt. Be ok if I had extra to give. The next step would be an implant. That might be more convenient especially traveling but I also plan to have an AUS installed. The switches for these two devices would go in my scrotum. The switch for the implant is rather large. IDK seems like a lot of hardware. I would have to wear a catchers cup.

Trimix works for me too. 0.48 ml per injection currently for 2.5 hours of fairly rigid erection. I do use a cock ring around the penis and scrotum - to retain the blood in the penis. (30 minutes or less) Behind the scrotum and over the top of the penis laying adjacent to the pubic abdominal wall. My wife says it's equivalent to the days when everything worked naturally by mutual desire. I am staying with this approach versus the implant as long as it works. The implant in not reversable - maybe replaceable but once inserted the penile erectile tissue is mostly destroyed.
Seems that many of you are searching for something to help get a firm erection. I am wondering if any of these ED medications help with libido? I have little desire but enough to wish for enough to want sex. Suggestions? Thank you all/
@heisenberg34 I am 73. I had LARP in 2020. Right after my wife got sick with cancer. I just figured my days of manhood were over. I had my run. I never had issues. I was a caretaker for the next 4 years. I did nothing thinking I would never need to. I always had a desire. My wife passed and I met a lady. She is 68 and has not been active. This has given me much more incentive. I would say more than she has. I was also having some trouble with fatigue. I had testing done and my testosterone was low. I supplement with cream and keep it at about 600. That may increase my desire but I dont sense any difference. TRT is not for everyone with prostate cancer. But you might check yours provided you have a willing partner. If its just for yourself I could skip it.
This may be my imagination, but I am always much hornier when I am on Cealis.
Maybe it's because I always have a much fuller penis even when soft, and that makes me feel like a young stud again!!

(I was on 5 mg daily, but had muscle and lower back side effects so I decreased the dose and those side effects dissipated) When expecting sexual activity I add 25 to 50 mg of Viagra 30 minutes prior to expected activity. It seems to help much more than just Cialis alone. Keep UP the good work!
