Vardenafil effective for users of Trimix?

I have heard that vardenafil is most effective of oral ED drugs. Users have stated that they have been able to exit trimix in favor of vardenafil. Is this true for anyone on this site? I am successful with trimix but not with cialis or viagra after prostate cancer radiation. I would prefer to use an oral ED drug if possible. Thanks for your comments. 78 years old, good health otherwise.
