Used a nasal rinse and now I have a clogged ear and post nasal drip

Back in early July of this year I had a lot of congestion and a stuffy nose. So I decided to use a meal med nasal rinse. I did not warm the water so when I used it I could feel the water going through my sinuses and what felt like in my ear. For a week after using the rent I felt like I had water trapped inside of my ear. The middle ear not the outer ear. After a week some water came out of my nose and I was left with a pressure in my right ear. I went to urgent Care they gave me two rounds of antibiotics and prednisone that was about 3 weeks ago. As of today I still have a clogged right ear and I'm wondering if anyone else has dealt with this and how you got this to go away. Please share.. I am currently taking Zyrtec and just started Flonase.
