My doc's tip to prevent urinary tract infections: Unscented soap

FYI- This may or may not be helpful but to prevent urinary tract infections my doctor advised me to shower only (no baths) and to use unscented soap. I use Dove. Have not had a UTI since following her suggestions.

I have switched ALL of my soap products out for plain, unxcented Castile soap. My skin and my privates are so much happier! Ph balanced and mild. I even use it as a foaming hand wash. Highly recommend.
