Update on 23 iop

Went back to the doctor and the first time my right eye had a pressure of 26 and the left was 23 now this time after a month it was 23 in the right and 24 in the left he has scheduled me a visual field test in a month and told me that if I fail then I’ve gotta get on drops instantly and come back every month to check my pressure and if I pass then he will watch my pressure every 3 months and If it gets over 30 he will instantly put me on drops. Does it sound like I have a good trustworthy doctor?

My pressure went up to 31 in one eye and my retina doctor gave me an injection to such out the fluid. The high pressure is as a result of the shots I get monthly for macular degeneraton. Can I ask how old you are? You need to get to a good neuro eye doctor. They specialize in diseases of the eye. Good luck.
