@hotchick35 ,

Thank you for updating us. Your fight for your dad from such a difficult place was both heartbreaking and inspiring. I'm sure he was grateful to you, proud and pleased to know you tried everything that was within your reach.

I was my dad's primary caregiver (while fighting my own cancer) until his passing from cancer 6 months ago, so I can relate to the battle and the deep sense of loss.

Rest assured that time will heal most of the sorrow, and that you will see a cure for this demonic disease in your lifetime. Until then, I hope and pray the most positive memories of your time with him will bring you comfort and peace.

hotchick35,

So many of us were saddened to hear of his passing ... we know these feelings will fade. For now, think about your kindnesses to him and your earlier memories of him.

It's been almost a year since my sister's passing from pancreatic cancer - I think of her all the time, but the pain is less, the earlier memories more.

Pls know how sorry we are to hear this. Every live lost to this disease is saddening; especially as research and new treatments are being devised. But just not soon enough. You can rest knowing you did all you could do and more importantly, that you gave him the biggest gift-your TIME. Love is time💜💜
