TyeinGo Exerciser

Has anyone on this feed ever used the TyeinGo Exerciser to clear mucus. A note on the box claims it is #1 Doctor Recommended. The Aerobika just doesn't seem to work for me.

My friend has mentioned it to me. She found it helpful when other devices weren't doing enough to clear her mucus. It might be worth a try, especially since the Aerobika isn't working for you.

I bought it long time ago and did not even know that it’s TyeinGo. I don’t have really positive experience with it. The ball, when gets wet- and it does because you breath into the apparatus, does not rattle. I still have it but it’s as an emergency piece( it’s small)when I go somewhere.

@lsm1936 The label on the box is just an ad. If the Aerobika isn't working for you, please talk to your doctor about next steps.
Some people (I am one) find vigorous exercise is a great substitute for the Aerobika, after using saline and before airway clearance. The activity gets my lungs working and moves the mucus so I can "huff cough" it out.

@sueinmn - unfortunately my days of vigorous exercise have gone south - I turned 89 years old on 11/11/2025! But, I will take your suggestion seriously and see how much I can do. Thank you for your reply.

I live in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville, FL and would like to see if a group of MAC victims could get together in person on occasion to see if we could help each other in our situation.

The first thing that came to my mind is perhaps you are not using the Aerobika correctly. I am not saying this is the case but something to consider. Why not talk to your doctor or respiratory therapist and have them show you, in person, how to use the Aerobika. It is worth a try. Wishing you the best of luck.
