Trouble keeping up with inhalers?

What do people think about devices like Hailie that help keep track of inhaler use? Do they actually work and are they worth it?

I keep track of inhaler use with the health app on my iPhone. I also write in the notes app whenever I start a new inhaler. One less gadget to buy

I use Pill Reminder on my phone. Reminds me with a pop up when to take each med/inhaler. It’s been a huge help.

@miras04 Not a gadget person! If necessary, I use the alarms on my phone.

Honestly, my body just reminds me. In the morning, if I don't take my allergy and asthma meds promptly, the symptoms really creep up on me uncomfortably. About 5 p.m., the same thing happens, and it's time to take them again.
