Triglyceride levels
I just got my test results back. They went up from 122 to 174. I’m taking 1500mg of Niacinamide daily. I switched to a cheaper brand.
Could this be why they went up.?
When I started with the other brand they went down from 223 to 122.

Or did you slack off on dietary adjustments or exercise over the holidays? That happened to me and my LDL increased. I talked my doc into 3 months to try to get back on track because I won't do statins. But I have a devastating family history of heart disease and stroke.

No, everything is the same.
I’m wondering about the quality of ingredients in the cheaper Niacinamide capsules.
