Treatments for HAP ?

I have Systemic Scleroderma and recently dx'd with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension and Heart Failure. Over past years I've had a lot of problems with heart meds as they have triggered my Sclero GI issues to go into high gear. So, cardio doctor now wants me to try a drug recently added for Heart Failure called Keytrudis (Finerenone) which is supposed to not affect GI problems. Some just wanted to see if anyone else has taken this and what were the side effects . Thanks
