Treatment Plans For Advance Prostrate cancer

I need help to plan cancer treatment for my brother.

1- 73 years of age.
2- Spread out in outside of prostrate region
3- Advance Stage IV.
Any best advice please.

Psa reading of my dad is 3000. He is 73 years old and was having body ache and constipation from last 6 month.
Pet scan shows that it has spread a lot. What are the best treatment options and all the recovery stories are wlecome.

I have prostrate cancer and currently I am being treated by VA hospital. I would like to see if I am a candidate for the Tulsa procedure at the mayo clinic..
