Where to get Treatment for Collodion Baby?

The child is 4 years old and is looking for a treatment. Any suggestions/direction will be helpful to proceed with treatment.

Thank you for your message. Yes, the child received treatment from birth. However, the problem still persists. The child is in India. I am not sure if I can get appointments in US for consultation. Kindly suggest any options that may help in this situation.
