Trazadone

Hi
Wondering if anyone has tried trazadone for their fibromyalgia . It helps sleep, depression and anxiety. I have started with 25mg. It actually has helped my tinnitus.

No, my side effects have been mostly a long, groggy hangover after taking 50 mg.

Yes, I have that hangover on 25 mg.Not sure if I'm going to stay on it.My doctor started me on another med today. I don't like the hangover headache and dry mouth.

I take Trazadone and Melatonin at night for sleep and medical marijuana.
In North Dakota fibromyalgia is a sanctioned medical disorder that qualifies for it.

I'm gonna try melatonin and I do not like the trazadone. I just started zoloft for anxiety and depression.

Don’t take Ambien- it really causes sleepwalking

This was prescribed to me for “sleep.”
It is an anti-seizure med & antidepressant.
Hair loss is a side effect.

How's it working for you. I had to stop it.And made my fibro pain off the chart with horrible headaches. I finally had a good night's sleep without taking anything but my magnesium glycinate and a .5 lorezepam.

I was given trazodone for fibromyalgia many years ago. It did help me but I picked up a lot of weight from it.
Please be careful mixing it with melatonin. The combo can cause serotonin syndrome.
