Traveling body weaknes

I have been in Kevzara for 14 weeks, prednisone taper down to 1 mg.
Over this time I have noticed weakness, and or, soreness in a shoulder. Note: not a PMR flare. Over a period of time with exercise and a movement therapist it has travelled to my other shoulder. At this point, not in my shoulders anymore (playing great golf again). It is now in a hip/glute/knee. (Hope when it gets to my feet/toes it’s over 😆)
I continue with treatment as discussed above.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Diagnosed with GCA and poly myalgia in November 2023. This exact scenario has happened to me with traveling pain and inflammation. Pain has traveled from the shoulder area down to hips and below.
