Traveling with Osteoporosis Medications and Needles

Have traveled to NZ and back twice. Did not use travel case, even for new pen I had to bring once. just kept in purse with box that includes Pharmacy sticker. No problem with security. The pharmacy consult last year told me the new pen can go a few days without refrigeration , as long as proper room temperature is maintained. I only had to go about 25 hours of travel before having fridge to use.

@ccps101 I bring a small hard plastic container that once had almond butter in it. Before I leave I dispose of it in the regular trash, tightly sealed. Some airports have sharps disposal containers in the rest room.
