Travel after Total Knee Replacement? When/Where!

Handicap/ADA travel to Greece? I want to tour the Greek Island, on a smaller ship to get into the ports that large ships can't get into. However, most "Windstar" state lots of walking on uneven, hilly cobblestones, etc. Does anyone know of any good tours catered to seniors that need extra help, slower pace, maybe easier??? Thanks!
