Transportation Recommendations Post DJS + TMJ replacement

Surgery is less than 2 weeks out! And I'm having trouble contacting reliable post-surgery help from the list Concierge Services sent me.

I will need help from the hospital to the hotel and someone to stay with me at the hotel for a few days. Unfortunately, I have no friends or family with me to help, and I am from out of state. I'm really unsure if I will be able to handle post-op care afterward due to the fatigue and swelling. I can try on my own, but I'm scared! THANK YOU!
