Transfusion-related Acute Lung Injury

I have this predisposition for this. I did got a blood transfusion on 2019 at the local hospital after an polypectomy (removal NET). and I didn’t had any problems at that time. Now that I have so many symptoms (more on my other discussions), I’m starting to question if I made the right choice of getting this transfusion. It did help me tremendously but fast forward 2 years and I feel so ill. I don’t think it’s related to that transfusion but I can stop wondering what’s going on with my current symptoms of my lungs 🫁.

✅shortness of breath
✅pressure on chest
✅chest pain
✅ coughing
✅ nodule and inflammation (October 2021 at the beginning of problems after a “upper respiratory infection” that wasn’t even corroborated but treated with prednisone and nasal swabs were negative for Covid-19)
✅ restrictive lung processes

Has anyone had symptoms that are related or due this mutation? Did transfusions prompted this? How fast after the transfusion did you started experiencing the symptoms of this?
